All Federal Holiday Weekends, Peak Leaf Season,

$1,400/night (with 3 night minimum)

Rates effective through Jan 2, 2011. Additional event fee charged for special events.

MAKING A RESERVATION: We do not rent individual rooms at Rivers Ridge Lodge, each reservation rents the home and land with its amenities in its entirety. We accept reservations on a first come, first served basis and collect 20% of the rental upon booking the reservation and require the balance 30 days before arrival. Persons reserving Rivers Ridge Lodge must be responsible and over the age of 25.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS: Cash and checks are preferred for payment but we accept credit cards & PayPal. If you must cancel, refunds of deposit are given if we are able to rebook the property.

DEPOSIT: We collect a security deposit of $400 which is fully refunded to you by check within 14 days of your departure after the Lodge is inspected and found to be in its original condition.

CLEANING FEE/TAXES: Cleaning fee and taxes (7% NC sales tax, 5% McDowell County occupancy tax) are not included in the published rental rates and will be added to your rental cost.

PETS and SMOKING: Although we love pets, we ask that you leave Fido home. We wish to keep our home in excellent condition and do not want to aggravate dander allergies of our guests. Please also note that we do not allow smoking within Rivers Ridge Lodge and will strictly enforce this policy by charging a $250 fine for any group that smokes within the lodge.

LINENS/KITCHENWARE: Sheets are not provided but are available upon request.
Other bedding ie: pillows, comforters, blankets, mattress pads, etc. are on beds upon arrival with extra supplies stored throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware.
